Meet The Team
Tim West
Director
Tim brings over 15 years of construction and project management experience, having worked with a range of companies across residential apartment developments and various commercial projects. Throughout his career, he has held diverse roles including Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and Site Manager. Each contributing to a deep and well-rounded understanding of the construction lifecycle.
This breadth of hands-on experience has equipped Tim with the capability to lead and manage every stage of a project, from early planning and procurement through to on-site execution, stakeholder coordination, contract management, and final delivery. His comprehensive skill set, developed through years of navigating complex project environments, enables him to effectively oversee all aspects of construction projects and drive them to successful completion.
Mark Coghlan
Director
Known for his strong technical capability and practical problem-solving, Mark has built his career from a solid carpentry background into a broad range of on-site construction roles. His experience spans residential and commercial carpentry, formwork, rigging, crane operation, and site management, providing him with deep insight into the realities of construction delivery.
Alongside this technical breadth, Mark has developed strong management capabilities through overseeing Westmark’s projects. He has led teams, coordinated trades, managed day-to-day site operations, and ensured safety and quality standards are consistently maintained. By combining hands-on expertise with effective on-site leadership, Mark plays a key role in driving construction activities to a high standard and ensuring projects progress efficiently and safely.
Brodie Ross
Project Manager
Brodie began his career with a carpentry apprenticeship and, with 18 years of experience in the construction industry, has built a wealth of knowledge across all areas of construction. Starting in high-end residential work, he went on to gain valuable experience in low to mid-rise residential and commercial developments.
For over a decade, Brodie managed a diverse portfolio of developments with one of Melbourne’s leading developers, gaining extensive experience in large-scale, high-quality construction. His time in site and project management roles has strengthened his ability to lead teams effectively, manage complex builds, and deliver projects with precision.
Brodie prides himself on his technical knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on approach, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard. Now as Westmark’s Project Manager, he brings this expertise to every project, delivering exceptional outcomes through his leadership and client-focused approach.
Sankith Jain
Project Coordinator
Sankith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Construction Management, providing him with a strong technical and managerial foundation for the successful delivery of construction projects. With over six years of experience across residential and commercial construction, he specialises in end-to-end project delivery, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination.
His expertise extends to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining project schedules, and achieving high-quality outcomes through effective planning and communication. Sankith’s hands-on approach and collaborative mindset enable him to work seamlessly with clients, consultants, and site teams, fostering positive relationships and delivering projects efficiently and to specification.
