The Shepparton Childcare Centre is a new, purpose-built 100-place facility designed to provide a high-quality early learning environment for the local community. Westmark was engaged as the head contractor to deliver the project from commencement through to completion.

Construction began in March 2025 and is now nearing completion, with final fit-off and landscaping works underway. The single-level centre features a contemporary architectural design with spacious internal learning areas, administration spaces, and staff facilities, along with large external play zones and a dedicated carpark.

Scope of works included full site preparation, slab and structure, services coordination, all internal and external finishes, and external works including fencing and soft/hard landscaping. The project has been delivered in close coordination with consultants and client stakeholders to meet regulatory and operational requirements, ensuring the facility is ready for licensing and occupation on schedule. The project was successfully completed in 6 months.
