Townhouse Development
Freda Street was Westmark’s first independent development project, undertaken on a vacant lot acquired in 2017. Westmark led the entire process—from concept and town planning through to subdivision and construction—to create two architecturally designed, freestanding townhouses on separate titles.
The homes featured recycled red brickwork, hydronic floor heating, large format tiles, and a custom steel staircase and balustrade. The project navigated significant complexities in planning approvals, subdivision, and titling, and was delivered to a high level of craftsmanship within a 6-month build period. This project demonstrates Westmark’s early foundation in development-led construction and ability to deliver premium small-scale residential builds.

We manage every aspect of the project from start to finish, including; ordering of materials, scheduling of trades and deliveries, liaison with council and authorities, organisation of statutory inspections and most importantly, ensuring the client is across the progress and involved in decision making.

We manage the construction site and all works from day one of the project, until the cleaners have been through, thoroughly, and the keys are held happily in the hands of the client. We take great pride in keeping our sites clean, secure and run with precision.
