Westmark was engaged to deliver three new commercial buildings within the Lifestyle Bellarine retirement village in Leopold: a 25-metre indoor pool and spa facility, a communal camp kitchen, and a reception and office building. All three were constructed concurrently and completed within a challenging six-month programme, showcasing Westmark’s ability to coordinate and deliver multiple complex structures in a live community environment.

The pool facility incorporated a high-performance structure and specialised mechanical systems to manage temperature and humidity, while the camp kitchen and reception spaces featured high-end communal fitouts and external works. Successful delivery required precise scheduling and close collaboration with stakeholders to minimise disruption to residents and integrate seamlessly with the existing village infrastructure, reinforcing Westmark’s expertise in managing multi-building commercial projects to specification and standard.
