This full-scale renovation and extension of a Victorian home in Carlton North combined the careful restoration of heritage features at the front with the demolition of the rear and the construction of a contemporary double-storey extension. The transformation delivered a balance of period character and modern functionality, tailored to the client’s lifestyle and vision.

The completed works included a new kitchen with butler’s pantry, laundry, open-plan living and dining spaces, two bathrooms, a study, and a master suite with walk-in robe and ensuite. Externally, the scope incorporated a new pool and spa, limestone paving, and full landscaping.
