Westmark delivered the construction of a new single-storey medical centre located on a sloping block within a mixed-use precinct that includes a completed childcare facility. The building was designed to be both functional and accessible, with a focus on structural efficiency and site responsiveness.

The scope included a suspended concrete ramp for disabled access, dual concrete staircases, and a fully rendered brick façade with a feature-clad entry canopy. Extensive coordination was required to manage varying site levels and integrate the structure with surrounding developments.
