Westmark was engaged to deliver the fitout of Worksmith’s new hospitality coworking and events space within the ELLA precinct at Melbourne Central. The raw tenancy was transformed into a fully operational venue featuring a commercial cocktail bar, barista coffee bar, open workspaces, and private offices, designed to support Melbourne’s food and beverage professionals.

With complex base-building conditions, the project demanded meticulous attention to acoustic treatments, ceiling integration, and mechanical services coordination. Acoustic isolation was a key challenge due to overhead plant and services, and Westmark successfully implemented solutions that met both performance and aesthetic requirements. The result is a polished, versatile environment delivered with precision under tight program constraints.
